Ordering & Payment
- All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance, depending on menu type and availability.
- Orders are confirmed only upon full payment or according to the payment terms agreed upon with Wholesome.
- We accept payment via bank transfer via Whatsapp and credit card via Tokopedia.
Cancellation & Changes
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery are non-refundable, due to ingredient preparation and kitchen planning.
- Any changes to delivery address, time, or meal preferences must be submitted at least 1 day in advance.
Delivery
- Delivery is available within Jakarta; additional charges may apply based on distance more than >20km.
- Our delivery window is between 9-12 p.m., and we strive to deliver within the promised time range. However, delays may occur due to traffic or external conditions beyond our control.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed deliveries due to absence or wrong address may not be eligible for refund or re-delivery.
Allergies & Dietary Needs
- While we offer healthy, clean meals, our kitchen handles common allergens (including nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, gluten).
- We do our best to accommodate dietary requests, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.
- Customers are responsible for clearly stating any food allergies or restrictions when placing an order.
Product Quality & Feedback
- We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your meal.
- We may request photos or details for quality review. Complimentary or replacements are at the discretion of the Wholesome team.
Promotions & Complimentary Offers
- Discounts, vouchers, and complimentary offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- All content, branding, photos, and recipes are the intellectual property of Wholesome and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

- Wholesome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
